TBPC 2021 Report: Redefining Black Collective Recovery Through Policy
The 2021 Toronto Black Policy Conference was full of rich discussions on a variety of important
topics. This report captures key findings of those conversations that occurred during TBPC
2021, and also discusses policy recommendations and solutions inspired by discussions from
the conference, supported by evidence. Finally, this report aims to spark discussions and inspire
equitable policies.
